Site Lead, SME

The Site Lead, SME will oversee and optimize the delivery requirements of the SCITES 2 contract supporting USSOUTHCOM activities. This role will play a crucial part in ensuring smooth and efficient implementation of the Enterprise Information Environment (EIE) supporting USSOUTHCOM Cyber Information Technology Enterprise Services (SCITES).

Requirements

• US Citizen with active Secret security clearance
• Bachelor’s degree in information technology, Computer Science, or related field
• 8-12 years of experience in C5IM and IT Operations
• ITIL v4 Foundation certification
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Experience with change management tools and ITSM platforms (ServiceNow)
