Peraton is seeking Configuration Managers to support a Special Operations Forces Information Technology Enterprise Contract (SITEC) at MacDill AFB in Florida. This role involves maintaining and managing network and system infrastructure, providing support to end-users, and ensuring IT service execution. The position requires a strong understanding of Configuration Management, Process Management, and compliance with DoD policies.
Requirements
- 9+ years with HS degree, 7+ with AS/AA, 5+ with BS/BA, 3+ with MS/MA
- DoD TS/SCI clearance
- 3+ years of hands-on experience with DoD Asset Management systems and processes
- Experience with IT asset tracking tools, CMDBs, or ITSM platforms (e.g., ServiceNow, BMC Remedy/Helix, Jira)
- ITIL Foundations v4 certification (desired)
- DoD 8570 IAT II Certification (desired)
- Prior experience supporting large-scale DoD or enterprise IT programs.
Requirements Summary
