Peraton is seeking a Service Modernization & Automation Lead to support the Special Operations Forces Information Technology Enterprise Contract (SITEC). This role focuses on transforming and optimizing existing operational services to enhance agility, resilience, and mission alignment within the USSOCOM's IT Enterprise Operations Support organization. The lead will spearhead the stand-up and execution of new enterprise functions, ensuring accountability and strategic alignment across the J63 operational community.
Requirements
- Manage existing enterprise services, from assessment to retirement.
- Direct and support Service Modernization Managers.
- Design and implement automated workflows.
- Integrate modernization with ITSM and ServiceNow.
