SITEC - Service Modernization Manager - MacDill AFB

Peraton is seeking a Service Modernization Manager (SMM) to support the Special Operations Forces Information Technology Enterprise Contract (SITEC) – 3 EOM. This role focuses on maintaining and improving network operations, system infrastructure, and end-user support, ensuring alignment with ITSM governance, RMF compliance, and ServiceNow automation. The SMM will oversee modernization initiatives from assessment through retirement, ensuring the optimal utilization of existing services and aligning with enterprise mission objectives.
