Software Asset Manager

This Software Asset Management (SAM) role requires a Software Asset Manager with 5+ years of experience. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of ServiceNow and AD Groups/SCCM. The role involves lifecycle analysis, software requests, license management, procurement assistance, deployment, retirement assistance, and software utilization, with a focus on understanding software publishers' licensing models and deployment rights.

Requirements

• 5+ Years Experience in IT Software Asset Management.
• ITL/SAM Certification
• ServiceNow
• Strong working knowledge of ServiceNow, AD Groups & SCCM
• Understanding of software publishers' licensing models and software deployment and use rights
• Background in IT
• Experience in Service Delivery and Multicultural environment
• Excel
• Working knowledge of software products from IBM, Microsoft, Oracle, Adobe
• VSAM (opt)
