Manage software assets, contracts, and budgets, and provide technical support as the primary point of contact. Supervise the Software Approval Board, maintain the software catalog, and contribute to knowledge management. Implement and maintain the ServiceNow SAM platform.
Requirements
- At least a bachelor's degree or equivalent through experience
- At least 3 years of recent relevant experience in Software Asset Management
- Knowledge of/experience with: Writing and improving standards and procedures, Business process improvement, Planning/gathering requirements for business process automation, SNOW, ServiceNow SAM Specifics: SAM Entitlements, Software Model mapping, SCCM integration, Intune, Enterprise Agreements
