As a Software Asset Manager, you will be responsible for managing and monitoring framework contracts, budgets, purchasing, and the quality of software activities. You will also serve as the primary point of contact for all non-technical software-related needs.
Requirements
- At least a bachelor's degree or equivalent through experience
- At least 3 years of recent relevant experience in Software Asset Management
- Knowledge of/experience with: Writing and improving standards and procedures, Business process improvement, Planning/gathering requirements for business process automation, SNOW, ServiceNow SAM Specifics, Good oral and written communication in Dutch and French, as well as business English
- Experience with software lifecycle management processes, purchasing, use and phasing out software
- Proven experience implementing and maintaining ServiceNow SAM or similar asset management platforms
