Software Engineer - Application Technology

Sysco LABS Sri Lanka is looking for a dedicated ServiceNow Developer to implement, improve, and ensure the operational stability of their Configuration Management Database and associated discovery/integration procedures.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field
• 2+ years of hands-on ServiceNow development experience, including CMDB and Discovery
• Experience deploying and managing MID Servers, credentials, and discovery probes/patterns
• Experience troubleshooting discovery errors and CI population issues using logs, probes, sensors, and patterns
• A solid understanding of ITIL principles, especially Configuration Management, and experience applying them in an enterprise CMDB environment
• Proficiency in designing CI relationships, dependency mappings, and data normalization strategies
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills with strong attention to detail
• Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to work collaboratively across teams
