Software Engineer

We are looking for a Software Engineer to join our ITOM Cloud Services team at ServiceNow. The successful candidate will build high-quality, clean, and scalable code, design, build, deploy, and manage highly available and performant cloud services, and contribute to the design and implementation of new products and features.

Requirements

• Experience in leveraging or critically thinking about how to integrate AI into work processes, decision-making, or problem-solving
• 0-2+ years of experience with Java or a similar OO language
• Passion for JavaScript and the Web as a platform, reusability, and componentization
• Experience with Kubernetes, Kafka, Flink, data processing systems, and Observability stack
• Analytical and design skills
• Working knowledge and ability to use tools to assist with daily tasks (IDE, debugger, build tools, source control, ServiceNow instances, profilers, system administration/Unix tools)
