Requirements

• Master's Degree in Computer Science or Computer Engineering
• Fifteen (15) years of applicable design and development experience
• Twelve (12) years direct experience leading software design and development for collection systems
• ITILv3, ITILv4, or ITILv5 Certification
• Five (5) years experience developing on and administration of the ServiceNow Platform
• ServiceNow System Administrator certification OR ServiceNow Application Developer certification
