Software Engineer 3

PayPal is seeking a Software Engineer 3 to develop high-quality, scalable code for enterprise-level applications. The role involves collaborating in an Agile team environment, designing efficient processes, and delivering seamless solutions to elevate business operations.

Requirements

• Master's degree in Information Systems, Engineering, or a closely related field
• 2 years of experience in the job offered or a related occupation
• Experience designing and developing software applications using Java and Spring Boot framework with Data Structures and Design Patterns
• C#, ADO.NET, ASP.NET, and MVC, WCF, and WPF and Entity Framework for software development
• Expertise in creating modular, scalable and reselient RESTful APIs for web services
• Experience in Full stack application development using HTML, CSS, JavaScript, NodeJS, Angular creating micro frontends
• Building desktop applications using Electron
• Experience developing interactive web applications using React.js
• Working with both SQL and NoSQL databases
• Using JUnit, Mockito, and Spring Test for unit testing
• Utilizing Atlassian JIRA, ServiceNow, and Atlassian Confluence tools and SDLC fundamentals, tools, and processes
