Prolifics is seeking a talented Software Engineer to join their development centre in India. The role involves supporting IBM Cognos Analytics and IBM TM1/Planning Analytics, requiring proficiency in ServiceNow and understanding of their architecture. The company is a Global Technology Solutions Provider with experience in North America, Europe, the Middle East, and Asia, including offshore development centres in Hyderabad and Pune.
Requirements
- 4+ years’ experience supporting IBM Cognos Analytics (reporting, data modules, security)
- Experience with ServiceNow or similar ITSM platforms for ticket tracking
- Strong understanding of Cognos and TM1 architecture
- Experience with server monitoring tools and scripting for automation
- Basic knowledge of Windows/Linux server administration related to BI tools
- Familiarity with SQL and data warehousing concepts
- Good communication skills for coordinating with technical teams and end-users
