Software Engineer Senior 1

The Software Engineer Senior is a medium to advanced level software developer who leads a team of up to 4 and is responsible for delivering projects on time and within budget. They are expected to have mastery of RSM's SDLC and be able to resolve moderate to difficult problems. The role also involves coaching team members, mentoring, and ensuring the growth of the project team and other projects.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer programming, Information Systems, or similar field
• 8 or more years of experience in the field or in a related area
• Microsoft SQL Server, C#.NET, ASP.NET, Web development knowledge
• Knowledge of Java script and HTML, WEB Focus, SharePoint, PowerBuilder, ServiceNow, Web Focus, Windows, networking, HTML, XML, MicroStrategy
