ServiceNow is seeking a Software Engineering Manager to join the Core Platform Runtime Engineering team. This role focuses on designing, delivering, and scaling reliable scheduling systems that power mission-critical operations. The manager will work with product, design, support teams to create high-quality solutions and manage the development of a high-performing engineering team.

Requirements

• Experience in integrating AI into work processes
• 8+ years of experience with SN and advanced coding skills
• Experience managing employees with little oversight
• Fluency in one or more relevant programming languages (Java, C++, Ruby, Shell, JavaScript)
• Understanding of concepts and development of solutions for problems
