Software Engineering Manager - UI Engineering

ServiceNow is seeking a Software Engineering Manager - UI Engineering to lead the development of reusable UI components and list frameworks for the ServiceNow platform. The successful candidate will drive technical strategy, manage engineers, and partner with product management and design teams to deliver high-quality solutions.

Requirements

• 6-8+ years of experience in software product engineering
• 5+ years of experience in a management position for technical teams
• Strong background in modern software engineering practices and technologies
• Advanced coding skills with fluency in one or more relevant programming languages
• Experience with open source tools, automation frameworks, and agile development environments
• Proven ability to design and implement effective testing strategies
• Strong problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills
• Experience in managing cross-functional teams
