Requirements
- Creative problem solver, able to build contingency plans and handle stressful situations with professionalism.
- Understanding of JIRA, REACT, Confluence and dashboarding technologies
- Service now ITSM, CSM, ITOM module experience
- Service Now CMDB, HAM module experience
- System Integration (SOAP, Restful)
- React, Javascript, NODE.js, Python
- Databases like MySQL, Postgress, etc
- Proven experience in identifying, evaluating, and developing effective procedures and systems requirements that meet business requirements.
- Service now Development experience of 2-7 years
- Experience in developing applications from scratch.
- Experience in working with Agile tools like JIRA, Confluence etc.
