This role will focus on driving the ServiceNow platform and leading platform governance and architecture, ensuring alignment with company strategy and customer needs. The role involves defining and maintaining the ServiceNow roadmap, leading cross-functional teams, and ensuring compliance with security, privacy, and regulatory requirements.
