We are seeking a Software Quality Engineer to join our team at ServiceNow. The successful candidate will be responsible for testing and ensuring the quality of the ServiceNow Customer Service Management (CSM) application, and will work closely with developers to design and automate testing strategies. The role involves maintaining existing automation test frameworks, collecting and reporting quality metrics, and supporting engineering organizations in troubleshooting issues.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience with technologies relevant to SN and coding skills with high-quality results.
  • Experience working within different automated testing frameworks, including Java, JUnit, Selenium, TestNG and other open-source projects.
  • Experience with the agile methodology for software development teams.

Benefits

  • base pay of $106,600 - $165,300, plus equity (when applicable), variable/incentive compensation and benefits
