This role involves testing, analyzing, and troubleshooting, ensuring a smooth and effective user experience and collaborating with developers to improve features. Requirements

• Experience integrating AI into work processes.
• 2+ years of experience with technologies relevant to ServiceNow.
• Hands on experience with Generative AI tools (e.g. OpenAI, Hugging Face, Azure OpenAI, LangChain).
• Experience working within an automated testing framework, such as Java, JUnit, Selenium, TestNG.
