Solution Architect - Customer Workflows (US or Canada)

NewRocket, a global ServiceNow partner, is seeking a Solution Architect to lead the delivery of ServiceNow solutions and services across various product lines. The role involves hosting workshops, architecting, designing, and implementing solutions on the ServiceNow platform, as well as providing technical pre-sales support and input on complex projects.

Requirements

• 8-12 years of experience in application development at a SaaS, PaaS, or Enterprise Software Development Company
• 3+ years of ServiceNow Platform Experience with an in-depth understanding of ServiceNow architecture
• Experience within product areas such as CSM, FSM, FSO, TNI on the ServiceNow Platform
• ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) required, current or obtain within 6 months
• Certified Implementation Specialist (specific domain area) required, current or obtain within 6 months
• ServiceNow Pre-sales accreditations
