Solution Architect

Join our dynamic team as a Solution Architect and play a crucial role in designing innovative solutions that drive business success. You will define and communicate the structure and dynamics of solutions that meet key stakeholder requirements, identify architectural risks, and provide recommendations for mitigation.

Requirements

• In-depth expertise in designing and implementing Salesforce-based solutions within a Telecoms environment
• Experience with Telecoms, IT Industry, and Enterprise Architecture best practice methodologies, processes, functions, and data maps such as those used by TM Forum, or defined by TOGAF, ITIL, BPMN, UML, etc
• Demonstrable in-depth expertise in designing and implementing Salesforce-based solutions in a Telecoms environment
• Ability to create prototypes of proposed solutions in Salesforce and ServiceNow
• Ability to define and articulate complex technical solutions to non-technical stakeholders
• Demonstrable experience working with systems and solutions deployed in a cloud environment, ideally AWS
• Experience with reverse engineering undocumented legacy systems and software, including data models
