We are looking for a Solution Architect with a background in Senior Software Development to join our client's team in Cluj, Romania. As a key member of the team, you will design and implement secure, scalable, and modern integration architectures for enterprise clients, working on complex projects that bridge contact center platforms with CRMs, AI modules, and analytics engines.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in software development and system integration
• Strong knowledge of CRMs such as Salesforce, Dynamics 365, or ServiceNow
• Experience in designing APIs, microservices, and event-driven architectures
