Solution Manager, SAP Sales & Distribution

Louis Dreyfus Company is seeking a Solution Manager for their SAP Sales & Distribution (SD) and Trade Management (TM) processes. The role involves integrating processes, designing solutions, ensuring maintenance, and analyzing business value. The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills, as well as a proactive mindset and understanding of the supply chain.

Requirements

• IT skills
• Experience in IT best practices
• Good experience in SAP SD
• Good experience in SAP TM
• Good experience in SAP Integration (IDoc, Web Service, etc)
• Basic experience with JIRA and ServiceNow
• Good experience on full SAP rollout project lifecycle
• Excellent sales & distribution and transportation management business processes understanding
• Basic experience in soft commodity trading practices is an advantage
• Great relationship building skills
• Ability to learn fast and adapt to new solutions
• Critical thinking and strong analysis, synthesis & communication capacity
• Business customer focused
• Fluency in English
