ServiceNow is seeking a Solution Sales Executive to oversee marketing success for its CRM Workflows products. This role involves engaging with assigned accounts, creating new business, managing executive relationships, and collaborating with internal teams. The goal is to establish a robust customer experience and drive revenue growth.

Requirements

  • Oversee worldwide development of assigned account, including territory resource development.
  • Develop sales strategy in the allocated territory, with a target prospect list and sales plan.
  • Develop relationships with C-suite personas (CFO, CIO, COO, CDO).
  • Organize and conduct initial executive/CxO meetings.
  • Collaborate with Solution Consulting and extended team to deliver demonstration presentations.
  • Develop clear roadmap and capabilities across clients.
  • Build capabilities across clients and ServiceNow teams.
  • Present CRM offerings directly to prospects and events.
