Collaborate with customers to develop technical documentation and support materials, and communicate technical concepts to various technical depths.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in a technical or technical customer-facing role
- 3+ years as a Solutions Architect, Solutions Consultant or Solutions Engineer
- Balance of technical depth and strong interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in SQL and ability to write and execute queries
- Experience with REST APIs and building integrated software
- Ability to prioritize multiple projects and understand degrees of criticality
- Emotional intelligence to work with diverse customers and teams
- Appetite to try new things and learn continuously
