Requirements
- Strong expertise in IT service environments (service desk, field deployments, desktop engineering, device lifecycle, A/V systems)
- Knowledge of tools and platforms (ServiceNow, MECM (SCCM), Intune, VMware, Microsoft Virtual Desktop)
- 4+ years of experience in IT pre-sales or solution architecture
- 7+ years experience across hardware, software, professional services and managed services
