Solutions Engineer - EMEA

Smartcat is seeking a Solutions Engineer for their EMEA region (Armenia, Netherlands, Portugal, Serbia, Spain, United Kingdom) to serve as a trusted advisor to customers, defining value and helping them expand their business within Smartcat's Agentic AI platform. The role involves building technical demos, validating client needs, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to implement solutions that leverage the platform's capabilities. The solution engineer will bridge the gap between product and customer through POVs, value engineering and post-sale support.

Requirements

• BS/MS in an engineering or analytical discipline ( > 5 years relevant experience)
• Strong technical presales experience, ideally within an AI SaaS workflow environment
• Advanced technical skills, including complex implementation problem-solving
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, including CLS or Generative AI concepts
• Strong negotiation and influencing skills
• Build and maintain client relationships
• Travel up to 25% to support Sales
