TeamViewer is seeking a Solutions Engineer to support Global System Integrators (GSIs) and Tier 1 Managed Service Providers (MSPs) with their ONE platform. The role involves technical engagement, solution architecture, service enablement, partner support, and strategic alignment. The ideal candidate will drive service success from concept to go-live and contribute to shaping feature roadmaps.
Requirements
- 5–8+ years in technical pre-sales, solution consulting, partner engineering, or technical enablement roles
- Strong experience working with MSP or GSI partner ecosystems
- Deep understanding of modern ITSM platforms (e.g. ServiceNow, Freshworks)
- Demonstrated expertise in APIs, solution architecture, systems integration, and technical documentation
- Excellent communication skills and ability to translate technical concepts into partner-ready collateral
