We are seeking an IT Customer Support Specialist to join our dynamic IT team, providing technical support and exceptional customer service to internal and external users.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent (required); an associate’s or bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field (preferred).
- 1–3 years of experience in a technical support or helpdesk role.
- Working knowledge of Windows and Mac OS environments.
- Familiarity with ITSM tools (e.g., ServiceNow, JIRA, Zendesk).
- Basic understanding of networking principles (e.g., TCP/IP, Wi-Fi troubleshooting).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.
