As a Sr Advisory Solution Consultant, you will support Solution Sales for Employee Experience, Customer Workflow, and ITX products, guiding revenue and quarterly sales goals. You will develop and position product-specific solutions, lead discovery workshops, and provide product demonstrations to align with customer needs. You will also guide strategic programs, provide feedback to product management, and stay current on competitive analysis and market differentiation.

Requirements

  • Experience in leveraging or critically thinking about how to integrate AI into work processes, decision-making, or problem-solving
  • 10+ years of pre-sales solution consulting or sales engineering experience
  • Proficiency with the ServiceNow platform or technical expertise with cloud software solutions
