The role involves serving as a technical advisor, architecting solutions, and driving sales within a primary focus on ServiceNow's workflow data fabric, nowAssist, and Agentic AI capabilities. The ideal candidate will collaborate with various teams to deliver comprehensive solutions and showcase the transformative value of the ServiceNow platform to clients.
Requirements
- 7+ years of experience in technical presales, solution architecture, or consulting roles.
- Strong technical background in data engineering, with hands-on experience with data ingestion tools.
- Deep familiarity with integration technologies (REST, SOAP, JSON, JDBC).
- Strong understanding of software development practices and proficiency in JavaScript, Angular, ReactJS, HTML5, CSS, SQL, Python.
