Astrica is seeking a Senior Advisory Solutions Consultant to define and deliver client HRSD solutions, specializing in HR Service Delivery. This hybrid role involves pre-sales engagement with sales teams, delivering solutions, managing workflows, and partnering with delivery teams. The consultant will act as the primary liaison between ServiceNow and HR stakeholder teams.
Requirements
- 8+ years of experience as a Sr. Product Owner or Solution Consultant
- 3+ years of ServiceNow platform experience for HRSD and Employee Workflows
- Deep understanding of HR business processes and HRSD best practices
- Understanding of Agile methodology
- Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills
- ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (required)
- CSA or higher preferred
