The Sr Analyst I Infrastructure Services will oversee the design, implementation, and continuous improvement of the ServiceNow CMDB, ensuring accuracy and completeness of CI data, and defining and implementing configuration management processes.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field
- ServiceNow CMDB Micro-Certification (mandatory)
- ITIL Foundation Certification (preferred)
- 10+ years of overall IT experience, with 4-5 years dedicated to CMDB management and configuration analysis
- Strong expertise in ServiceNow CMDB implementation and maintenance
- Proven track record in designing and implementing configuration management processes
