The Sr Analyst III ERP Package Applications will participate in scoping project requirements, guiding customers through projects, and leading teams to deliver cohesive solutions.
Requirements
- Experience 6+ years' experience of ServiceNow solution implementation
- At least 3-4 Project on ITSM Service Implementations experience
- Hands-on experience on implementing ServiceNow Integration using the OOB Service Integration capability
- Working knowledge of project methodologies including Agile
- Knowledge of LDAP, VPN, and SSL components
- Ability to clearly communicate to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Working knowledge of common ServiceNow applications and ecosystem
- Working knowledge of Web Services and other integrations
- Excellent testing and debugging skills
- Strong history of problem solving
