The Sr. Analyst of HR Technology (Payroll) is responsible for configuring, implementing, and maintaining Workday and other HR technology applications. Success in this role requires a strong understanding of HR information systems and the ability to develop technology solutions that align with organizational needs.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
- 4+ years of experience in HR technology or related field
- Proficient in Workday, familiarity with other HR technology (i.e. ServiceNow) a plus
- Strong project management, analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong stakeholder management and the ability to translate business needs into system requirements
