We are seeking a Sr Architect to lead project delivery, coordinate with stakeholders, and exercise mature judgment. The ideal candidate will have experience in project management, contracts, and problem solving, as well as strong communication skills and knowledge of ServiceNow upgrades and integrations.
Requirements
- Experience in project management and understanding of contracts
- Experience in coordination with different stakeholders
- Strong problem solving and troubleshooting skills
- Good English communications skill
- Knowledge of ServiceNow upgrade and cloning
- Experience in set up of ServiceNow integration (LDAP/SSO, Email, Chat, etc.)
- Experience & Knowledge of Domain separation implementation
- Experience in Data segregation
