The Sr Associate Is Organizational Effectiveness Plan to Stock (PTS) role is a leadership and coaching position that requires a proven track record in a technology-driven industry. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of Agile frameworks, strong facilitation skills, and experience working across cross-functional teams to ensure timely and quality delivery of business-critical solutions.

Requirements

  • Lead all Agile ceremonies across one or more supply chain-focused product teams
  • Foster Agile discipline while ensuring flexibility to meet real-world operational demands
  • Use tools like Jira, Azure DevOps, or ServiceNow Agile to manage backlogs, track progress, and resolve blockers
  • Promote Agile values and principles across teams and stakeholders
  • Act as a servant leader and coach for one or more Agile teams
  • Mentor team members on Agile/Scrum best practices, fostering continuous improvement and high team morale
  • Collaborate with Product Owners and stakeholders to groom and prioritize backlogs that address supply chain planning, visibility, and analytics needs
  • Align delivery with supply chain strategic goals such as demand forecasting, supplier collaboration, inventory optimization, and real-time tracking
  • Ensure adherence to Definition of Done and delivery against Service Level Objectives (SLOs)
  • Work with the Product Owner to ensure well-groomed and prioritized backlogs
  • Support teams in triaging and resolving production issues in real-time systems like ERP, WMS, TMS, or planning platforms (e.g., SAP, Kinaxis, Blue Yonder)
  • Balance feature delivery with high-quality ongoing support, especially during supply chain disruptions or system upgrades
  • Collaborate with the incident and change management teams to ensure stable operations and minimal downtime
  • Track and report metrics on issue resolution, support trends, and team performance
  • Monitor sprint metrics (velocity, burndown, cycle time) and provide regular status reports
  • Drive Agile maturity assessments and continuous improvement initiatives
  • Contribute to Agile maturity assessments and retrospectives to continuously improve processes
  • Ensure compliance with GxP, SOX, or other relevant regulatory frameworks as applicable to supply chain systems

Requirements Summary

5-9 years of experience in Supply Chain Technology, Supply Chain Business, Engineering, IT or related field with a Bachelor’s degree
