Sr. Business Analyst - Payroll

The Business Analyst - Payroll is responsible for prioritizing requests related to Dayforce (DF) and Electronic Timecard (ETC) system changes and enhancements. This role involves understanding business needs, prioritizing tasks, collaborating with various HR and IT teams, and managing upgrade efforts for the DF and ETC systems. It's primarily an onsite position at a campus in Redlands, CA.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience processing payroll on a major HCM platform with 2+ years of system configuration experience
• Experience implementing major HCM/Payroll SaaS solutions
• End-to-end implementation of major HCM/Payroll SaaS solution
• Experience working in a corporate environment and promoting collaboration
