Sr. Business Process Consultant, Enterprise Architecture Workflow Products Expert Implementation Services

ServiceNow is seeking a Sr. Business Process Consultant to work with customers to drive consumption, adoption, and customer satisfaction of their ServiceNow investment. The role involves consulting with customers and guiding them in transitioning business requirements to configuration requirements of the ServiceNow SPM products.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of consulting experience for complex, global organizations
• More than 7 years of experience with Enterprise Architecture as implementor or in a support position
• Hands-on experience implementing enterprise architecture tools or platforms
• Familiarity with Enterprise Architecture frameworks and concepts (TOGAF, IT4IT, etc.)
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Proven ability to lead customer-facing projects and manage complex technical solutions
