ServiceNow is seeking a Sr. Business Process Consultant to join its Customer Outcomes team. This role focuses on driving business outcomes by integrating AI and supporting enterprise architecture. The consultant will work with customers to streamline processes, drive adoption, and maximize the value of ServiceNow platforms. It is a key part of ServiceNow's mission to empower organizations with AI-enhanced technology.
Requirements
- Experience in integrating AI into work processes and automating workflows.
- 5+ years of consulting experience with complex, global organizations.
- Experience implementing enterprise architecture tools and platforms.
- Familiarity with Enterprise Archietcure frameworks and concepts (TOGAF, IT4IT etc.).
- Strong CSDM, ITOM and ITAM skills preferred.
- Experience in leading workshops and converting business requirements to configuration requirements.
- Excellent communication skills.
