This role focuses on Business Process Consulting within the Customer Outcomes team at ServiceNow, supporting customers with IT Service Management. The Consultant will drive process definition, lead customer workshops, and guide customers in leveraging ServiceNow ITSM products to achieve business outcomes. It requires a strong understanding of ITSM and experience with enterprise architecture and cloud computing.

Requirements

  • Experience in integrating AI into work processes
  • At least five years of consulting experience for complex, global organizations
  • Hands-on experience implementing enterprise architecture tools or platforms
  • Familiarity with IT Service Manageent frameworks and concepts (ITIL, IT4IT)
  • Proven ability to lead customer-facing projects and manage complex technical solutions
  • Solid experience in leading workshops and converting business requirements to configuration requirements
