Sr. Business Process Consultant, ServiceNow Finance & Supply Chain (Source-to-Pay) and Contract Operations Solutions

The role of a Sr. Business Process Consultant is critical within ServiceNow's Finance & Supply Chain and Contract Operations Solutions teams. This position involves guiding customers through the transition of their requirements to configuration within the ServiceNow Finance and Supply Chain product line, with a focus on process definition, improvement, and gap analysis. This involves workshop facilitation, solution design, process documentation, and customer testing.

Requirements

• Must be a U.S. Citizen with U.S. Public Trust security clearance
• 5+ years of consulting experience in Finance, Supply Chain, Source-to-Pay, Legal, and/or Contracting operations
• Experience with ServiceNow Finance & Supply Chain Solutions (SPO), SLO, and APO
• Demonstrated ability to influence and consult stakeholders
• Strong understanding of SAP, Coupa, and similar systems
• Excellent communication skills
• Experience in providing Knowledge-Centered Service / Support with technologies
• Strong interpersonal skills and experience building customer centric relationships
