ServiceNow is seeking a Sr. Business Process Consultant (BPC) to join the Finance & Supply Chain team. This role involves consulting with customers, defining and re-engineering processes, leading workshops, and driving business outcomes within the Source-to-Pay and Legal Contract Operations product lines. The BPC will be a process expert focused on configuration vs. customization for ServiceNow Finance & Supply Chain solutions.
Requirements
- U.S. Citizenship with security clearance.
- 5+ years of consulting experience in Finance, Supply Chain, Source-to-Pay, Legal, and/or Contracting operations.
- Experience with ServiceNow Finance & Supply Chain Solutions
- Experience with ServiceNow certifications (CSA, CAD) preferred.
- Strong understanding of relevant systems (SAP ECC, SAP S/4HANA, SAP Ariba, Coupa, Ivalua, Oracle Procurement Cloud).
