Sr. Business Process Consultant, ServiceNow Finance & Supply Chain (Source-to-Pay) Solutions

As a Sr. Business Process Consultant, you will work with customers to transition business requirements to configuration requirements of the ServiceNow Finance & Supply Chain Solutions. You will be a process expert, driving process definition, re-engineering, and improvement. You will lead customers in taking advantage of the ServiceNow Solution's standard capabilities to improve their processes.

Requirements

• At least 5+ years of consulting experience for complex, global organizations in the Finance, Supply Chain and/or Source-to-Pay operations/technology departments
• Experience in analyzing and recommending Finance, Supply Chain and/or Source-to-Pay strategies based on business priorities
• Strong interpersonal skills, customer-centric attitude, ability to deal with cultural diversity
• Experience in analyzing and recommending Finance, Supply Chain and/or Source-to-Pay strategies based on business priorities
• Experience in providing Knowledge-Centered Service / Support using technologies
• Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal) with strong presentation and facilitation skills
• Solid experience in converting business requirements to configuration requirements by authoring user stories that support Agile Development
• Strong understanding with leading Finance, Supply Chain and/or Source-to-Pay related systems and tools
• Proven experience in defining and deploying future-state processes and in identifying solutions from a people, process and technology perspective
• Demonstrated ability to influence and consult in Finance, Supply Chain and/or Source-to-Pay organizations
