ServiceNow is seeking a Sr. CRM Account Executive to oversee market success of its Customer Workflow products. The successful candidate will have experience in leveraging AI in work processes and a strong understanding of business sales processes.

Requirements

  • Current location in Bay Area, California strongly preferred.
  • Demonstrated success and expertise in the Strategic Technology industry
  • Experience in leveraging or critically thinking about how to integrate AI into work processes, decision-making, or problem-solving
  • 7+ years knowledge on return on investment of specialty solutions area (CRM) to lead solution win
  • Experience as an AE or Specialist Sales Executive
  • Understanding of business sales processes
