ServiceNow is seeking a highly energetic and impactful Senior Director of Product Management to lead the strategy for both customer-facing self-service experiences and the internal AI-driven platform. This role focuses on building seamless, end-to-end customer and employee journeys, driving innovation, and transforming the organization into a leader in the enterprise software space. It requires a strong understanding of the customer experience and a passion for creating a truly delightful and efficient digital world.

Requirements

  • 12+ years of progressive experience in product management within enterprise software (SaaS).
  • 5+ years of experience leading and mentoring product management teams.
  • Demonstrated experience launching successful customer-facing products (support portals, knowledge systems, chatbots).
  • Proven success building internal productivity platforms or support automation systems.
  • Strong background in B2B enterprise software, with direct experience in Customer Service Management (CSM) or digital customer experience.
  • Exceptional strategic thinking and a user-obsessed mindset.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong analytical skills.
