- 10+ years of experience in Transformation, ERP implementation and maintenance, CRM, PRM, custom software design and development, leading a portfolio of projects to success, creating partnerships with senior business stakeholders, determining solutions to help scale business operations
- Experience in leveraging or critically thinking about integrating AI into work processes, decision-making, or problem-solving
- Solid technical skills with business solution pragmatism, excellent verbal and written communication skills, strong leadership skills
