Empower AI is seeking a Sr. Director, Capture Management to lead the company's enterprise-wide capture organization and drive growth through competitive win strategies.
Requirements
- Extensive knowledge of the federal acquisition lifecycle (DoD and civilian agencies)
- Strong FEDSIM experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or related field required; Master’s degree preferred
- 15+ years of experience in federal business development and capture management, with at least 7 years in leadership roles
- Proven record of building and managing teams responsible for delivering $1B+ pipeline targets
- Demonstrated success in leading and winning complex capture efforts valued at $100M+ in prime contract awards
- Strong financial and business acumen with expertise in integrating price-to-win, ROI, and risk-based analysis into capture strategy
