The Senior Director, Workplace Governance will drive operational integrity, digital enablement, and strategic execution across Marvell's global Workplace function. This role oversees corporate travel and card services, governs workplace systems architecture and integrations, enforces process controls, leads vendor performance, and delivers enterprise-level KPIs and reporting.
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in workplace operations, corporate travel, enterprise systems, finance governance, or program leadership in a global enterprise (tech industry preferred)
- Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams, manage vendor ecosystems, and operationalize strategy
- Deep understanding of workplace systems architecture, integration best practices, and enterprise service platforms (e.g., IWMS, CAFM, ServiceNow, SAP Concur, Oracle)
- Experience driving process improvement, automation, and compliance in a highly matrixed environment
- Demonstrated success serving in a Chief of Staff or operational leadership role supporting executive stakeholders
- Familiarity with M&A integration, enterprise risk, and performance analytics
