The Senior Engineer, IT Service Management is responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining IT Service Management (ITSM) solutions for The Guthrie Clinic (TGC), a healthcare organization. The role focuses on ensuring high availability, performance, and effective use of ITSM platforms like ServiceNow, and collaborates with various stakeholders to align ITSM processes and support operational needs. This position is a technology advocate and a member of the IT service team.
Requirements
- Five to seven years of experience implementing and managing ITSM processes.
- Experience with ServiceNow and configuration of workflows, forms, and reports.
- Expertise in ITSM platforms (e.g., ServiceNow) and scripting/automation (e.g., JavaScript, PowerShell, Python).
- Experience with ITIL processes (change management, asset management, etc.).
