Sr Engineer, IT Service Mgmt - IT Infrastructure - Full Time (Remote)

The Senior Engineer, IT Service Management is responsible for designing, implementing, supporting, and maintaining ITSM solutions for healthcare operations at The Guthrie Clinic. This role focuses on patient care, clinical applications, and administrative functions within the ITSM platform, ensuring high availability, performance, and alignment with ITIL or industry best practices. The Engineer collaborates with stakeholders to align ITSM processes and tools and advocates for the effective application of technology to meet business needs.

Requirements

• Five to seven years of experience implementing and managing ITSM processes and a CMDB
• Experience with ServiceNow (preferred)
• Expertise in ITSM platforms (e.g., ServiceNow)
• Proficiency in scripting and automation (e.g., JavaScript, PowerShell, Python)
• Advanced expertise in reporting tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau)
• Experience architecting and deploying ITSM and ITAM solutions within large enterprise environments
• Strong knowledge of healthcare information systems (e.g., Epic, Cerner)
• Prior experience delivering high availability systems in a 24/7 environment
• Demonstrated ability to facilitate technology evaluation and consensus-building
• Strong knowledge of IT infrastructure components and cybersecurity
• Prior experience delivering high availability systems in a 24/7 environment
